My 86 yr Dad has just had a new wet room built by Trent Valley and it is fabulous!! It has given my Dad a new lease of life being able to shower safely and independently without the need for carers. Excellent conversion of a bathroom to a walk in / wet room style shower bathroom. The firm was very efficient and carried out the works with attention to detail and consulted me all the way, All the builders being very considerate to my needs and comments during the work.

Our second successful project completed by Trent Valley Pluming and Heating. Had an downstairs toilet installed before Christmas and now have had upstairs bathroom/toilet wall removed and the bathroom remodelled and refitted. Very pleased with the result. Have a spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle, bath, sink and toilet. Had some problems along the way with a faulty connector to the shower but it was dealt with efficiently and calmly by the team. Same team of tradesmen as last time. They were all polite and friendly and checked any queries with us as and when needed. Very pleased with the outcome and the service we received.

I needed a builder who could be sensitive around an elderly family member when I could not be present for the full duration of the works (installation of a downstairs toilet). I had a complete bathroom refit with Trent Valley. Liam (fitter) and Graham (electrician) we’re very pleasant, clean and tidy workers and were careful to not let my dog escape whilst they were carrying stuff in and out of the house. They did a really good job, including returning to deal with a couple of minor snagging issues the week after the main work was finished. I am really pleased with my new bathroom. I chose TVP&B partly because of previous reviews and partly because Mark (director) gave me a sooner fitting date and better payment terms than a quote I got from another company. I would use them again.

We were given Trent Valley Plumbing details from Notts social services as an approved plumber for disabled adaptations to bathrooms. My mum needed her shower altering to allow a carer to help her but there was no room for a wet room - and it was in social rented housing so we had to get plans and permissions for anything proposed. Trent Valley were reliable, able to come up with ideas and plans that worked well for mum's situation and didnt cost her a fortune. We were very happy with the service and work and Mark was experienced in disability adaptations - I speak as an OT, though no longer practising.

Trent Valley Plumbing were one of several companies who quoted to do work on my bathroom on a schedule of work via my local authority. The initial process of quoting was done quickly and accurately. I decided to offer them the work after seeking the opinion of some friends who work in other areas of the building profession. The work itself, which involved a new non-slip floor, bath, light and extractor fan was carried with the minimum of fuss in a timely fashion. Overall, Trent Valley Plumbing were professional throughout the whole process.
