What We Are About...
We are a home-help, befriending and support company-based Nottingham in the UK. It is our mission to help people to stay as independent as possible, for as long as possible. We support people at home, in the community and we also work closely with care home providers and local authorities to help to support those who need a little bit of extra help. Whether it's for practical household help, emotional and well-being support, or general support with appointments and prescriptions. We aim to be that support.
Our team is built on a foundation on passionate and caring staff members, who value the work they do and take pride in delivering exceptional care and support to everyone we provide our services for.

We provide an extensive range of Home Help and Support Services - tailored to our clients’ needs, with a flexible approach to accommodate their requirements, if possible, enabling them to continue living safely and happily in their own homes and provide access to the local community.

Having contacted many different care companies to negotiate avail despite informing them that only our elderly mother was at home with him none offered help until Jason Watmore of Gentle Hands Home Support , he recognised the emergency nature and was at their home within hours continuing to visit 3 times a day providing professional and compassionate care. 'I have COPD and can become breathless, the service provided help me to maintain my independence at home by allowing me to go shopping when I am able with them I also feel safe knowing that if I am not able to go out on the day I can trust the staff as they know what I want.
This serevice helps me to get out shopping and have help I just don't know what I would do to be honest without the help. Nothing is too much trouble, we even go into cafes and other places if time allows.'
