From start to finish, the process of getting a new bathroom was painless. Hayley did a great design and Wayne did a very nice, professional installation. All the way through I was kept up to date by KNB and Gareth's project management was faultless. An excellent experience from start to finish. Hayley (the designer) came to our house twice and even met us at a tile showroom to ensure the design was right. Jamie (the fitter) was extremely determined to do a good job for us - and he did. The whole process was coordinated by a project manager, Gareth, who was available to respond to any query or issue. The result is a bathroom we are extremely happy with. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

If you want quality building work which involves the installation of a new kitchen and or bathroom then I would highly recommend KNB. The team involved led by Ian and overseen by Gareth, are all professional, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I had extensive building work to allow for a larger kitchen area including the installation of a new utility area. Upstairs the bathroom was extended and a new en-suite fitted. Ian was always there when he said he would be and even though walls were removed which created a lot of mess, they always cleaned up the areas. My new kitchen, utility, bathroom and en-suite looks amazing, exceeding my expectations. The quality of all the products and appliances are excellent. Ian did a fantastic job and went way beyond what was initially asked. His attention to detail is a credit to him. Helen in the office was always on the end of the phone and always got back to you should the need arose. I am so glad that I chose KNB

We are very happy with the way our bathroom looks but have two concerns that have not been resolved after installation.
When Hayley (the designer) came to our house, she told us that the extractor fan could go in the air brick so that the condensation would go directly outside. We were happy with this arrangement but when the fitters came, they put it in the wall. So now after having a shower, the condensation goes into the loft area. The loft has been boarded out and used as a room/proper storage area, so to avoid additional damp going into this area the new extractor fan is not used.
The new bath sides are also very high, and it is hard to get in and out. I am 51 and my husband is 58 and when Hayley came to do the design, she didn’t tell us that this bath would be higher than our old one. Had we known, we would have chosen another design. We did tell her this was the only new bathroom we were going to have. We feel that when we get older and retire, we will struggle to get in and out of the bath.

We feel this is a total misrepresentation of KNB which the other numerous positive reviews testify, on investigation we have found that you were installed almost 12 months ago and find it very unusual and certainly misleading when you are using a false Christian name? There were numerous emails sent backwards and forwards from our office to yourself at the time and many visits both from our installer and the sales designer in order to try and alleviate your concerns. The reality is when dealing with the general public no matter how hard you try you cannot please 100% as all customers have different expectations of the final result. Fortunately though due to our excellent professional installers and aftersales service when looking at our reviews you are in a 1% minority, even though we feel you were a difficult client to satisfy we refunded the majority of your installation costs as a gesture of goodwill, this as you know was in order to conclude our dealings with you, which you were happy to accept. We do not understand however why you still feel it necessary to continue to misrepresent us after this length of time especially after the received recompense and again we are sorry that the dealings with you ended in this fashion.

“We are extremely saddened by your comments when in actual fact Nathan came to visit on various occasions as you informed us that you were un happy with your solid surface worktop. When we arrived on site we found a very tiny imperfection for which we explained can be the case with this product, however we still endeavoured to help you. Nathan arranged initially a specialist repair kit for which you were not happy with the end result. So then we even arranged for a replacement surface to be fitted and whilst our installer was on site you decided against this, even though we had purchased a further very expensive solid surface worktop which couldn’t be returned. We did everything we could for you and further to the worktop expense paid you compensation for the whole amount of the worktop which you still have installed.
We take pride in our very satisfied portfolio of clients and it is with regret that this review was posted, hence this response.“
