Richard sorted out the upstairs cistern flush. Clean and tidy worker. New carpets had been fitted and Richard donned over-shoes covering to protect carpets. Would absolutely use him again, and have no problem in thoroughly recommending his services.

Yet another plumber to promise a quote within days and let us down. What is it with plumbers, all the other tradespeople we have used never do this, if they do not want the job why not just email and say so. My time is as precious as theirs.

I was looking to get a toilet replaced, and Richard replied swiftly to my email enquiry with a very reasonable quote. Despite a missed email, he contacted me again and we were able to arrange a day, for which he turned up on time, if not more than a few minutes early. The job was done in a shorter time than estimated, including supplying a replacement part, that hadn't been quoted for. So I'm happy with the service I received today and will be contacting M&S Plumbing first for any work I require doing in the future.

Responded promptly to a slow draining toilet that turned out to be builders agregate left in the drains leading from the property. The job was unpleasant & took about three hours,but was completed with the minimum of fuss.

Excellent Service! Our shower tray had started to leak and allowed water to run through our kitchen ceiling light fitting. Pulled the fuse straight away and cut off electric supply to all downstairs lights. Having identified that the sealant used all the way around inside the shower had failed (been there for about 6 years), and as i'm quite badly disabled and unable to do the job myself, decided we needed a plumber...Straight onto this Age UK Notts site and found this gentleman very quickly. Made contact and arranged for him to visit on the morning of Saturday 07/04/2018. Richard turned up nice and early and introduced himself, and i then pointed him into the direction of the problematic shower. He said he would get started straight away, and in hardly anytime at all, had removed all the old sealant and some plastic strips that were present, all cleaned and ready to be re-installed. Using a lot of professional sealant and taking great care, the whole job was completed to a very high standard, and all debris and over spill of sealant was all removed entirely, leaving everything all clean and tidy. A very professional job done by a very competent, professional, and very pleasant man! The price for the job was very reasonable indeed, and i would definitely use his services again. I would Highly Recommend this Plumbers services to anyone!!

A big thank you to Richard. It was so useful to get someone who will do small jobs. I'd been in a bit of a panic with a leak I'd had all weekend under my sink and was so grateful for him coming out today after he had finished his previous job. He took time and care to do an excellent job. I will definitely be using him again and have no hesitation in recommending him. Richard quickly diagnosed the source of the toilet inflow leak, solved it and added a stop-valve to the inflow pipe. The cost of the job was very reasonable.
