Trevor diagnosed a faulty power cable which was tripping the electrics within minutes of arriving. An alternative repair company had previously failed to diagnose the fault suggesting an issue with the home wiring. Happy with the price charged and would definitely use again. Thanks.

I called ACC and Trevor was initially sceptical about the diagnosis but sounded very knowledgeable, took the model details and arranged to come and assess the unit. He arrived as arranged and dismantled the circuit board and identified the blown circuit. Instead of ordering a new board which would have cost around £150 he repaired and reinstalled the board. Hey presto a working fridge freezer and we were only charged for an hour of Trevor’s time. Will recommend Trevor to friends and family – he is very knowledgeable, keeps you informed of what he is doing and makes decisions based on what is best for his customer.
