Jacquelyn21/10/2011After having an operation on my foot ,Ifound it very difficult to get meals & do housework so I contacted Home Instead fully expecting to be advised that I would have to make an appointment to speak to someone a week later. Imagine my surprise when I spoke to Sarah & she arranged to come & see me within 30 minutes of my initial call. Sarah was really nice to speak to & very professional. By the time my assesment was finished she already had a carer in mind for me. I was very happy at that & even happier when Sarah & the carer arrived back a couple of hours later.. Leonora ( the carer/helper) worked for me for three weeks & was always very cheerful,chatty & hardworking as well as being very professional. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism,kindness & hard work of the company & would be very happy to recommend them to other people & would be the first company I would contact should I need help again in the future.

I found all the Home Instead people to be very professional, and caring, they frequently went well out of their way to help. First, the quality of the carers was very good. Second, they always turned up on time, and thirdly, it was a regular team who got to know the individual and her needs, likes, and dilikes.
